I Chiostri

I Chiostri is the restaurant and bar of the Grand Hotel Minerva, an exclusive four-star superior hotel located in a central position, in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella.

The restaurant assures an elegant and luxurious experience. Here you will dine surrounded by beautiful paintings and by large glass windows that face the internal garden or, in summertime, directly in the patio in Piazza Santa Maria Novella.

I Chioschi is a meeting place for Florentines and tourists in Florence thanks to its traditional Mediterranean and Tuscan dishes reinterpreted by the Chef Sandro Pedica.

Just to make your mouth water these are some dishes from the Grand Carte: Tuscan raw ham from Pratomagno served with mozzarella Buffalo mousse in extra virgin olive oil; potato dumplings with pressed dried tuna roe and sweet tomatoes perfumed with lemon; grilled scampi and prawns with an assortment of grilled vegetables or loin of lamb in crust of pecorino cheese and rosemary with artichokes pudding.

As an alternative you can also choose a tasting menu for minimum 2 people that includes sommeliers suggested wine samplings.
